PROJEKT COMENIUS – „SEVEN WONDERS OF CULTURE“



Během posledních devíti let získala naše škola tři granty na mezinárodní projekty Comenius (dříve Socrates) v rámci evropského programu „LLP - Lifelong learning programme“.

První takováto spolupráce se studenty z Litvy a Belgie probíhala v roce 2002 a nesla název „Objevování evropské identity“. V letech 2004 až 2007 jsme se společně se školami z Itálie, Turecka, Lotyšska a Polska účastnili projektu „OGITES – Olympic Games In The European School“. A během let 2008-2010 jsme byli zapojeni do projektu „ESEC - EcoSport, EcoCulture and ICT“, kde byli našimi partnery studenti a vyučující z Itálie, Polska, Rumunska, Švédska, Finska a Portugalska. Spolupráce na tomto projektu skončila v červnu 2010.

Naše zkušenosti s projekty Comenius byly ve všech případech výborné, a proto jsme se rozhodli vytvořit nový projekt a pokusit se získat grant Evropské komise. Na rozdíl od předchozích projektů jsme vzali na sebe úlohu koordinátora a celou spolupráci partnerských škol z ČR, Turecka, Španělska, Francie a Finska po dva roky řídit. Naše žádost byla úspěšná, a tak od září 2010 do dubna 2012 měli naši studenti opět možnost poznat prostředí partnerských škol, způsob výuky, kulturu, tradice a zvyky těchto zemí, vyzkoušet si své schopnosti komunikovat v cizím jazyce, zlepšit dovednosti v oblasti ICT a najít si mezi svými vrstevníky nové přátele. Učitelé pak měli příležitost porovnat školské systémy v jednotlivých zemích a vyměnit si své zkušenosti a nápady. Každého setkání se účastnilo 2-5 studentů a 1-3 vyučující, celkem jsme během dvou let projektu splnili 37 mobilit. Dorozumívacím jazykem celého projektu byla angličtina.

Týdenní návštěvy zahraničních škol v rámci jednotlivých partnerských setkání nám umožnil grant programu Comenius, který projekt „Seven wonders of culture“ získal. Výše tohoto grantu na dvouleté období činila 17000 EUR.

Nyní už máme za sebou všech 7 setkání partnerských škol a projekt je tak u konce. Rádi bychom však vříštích letech opět pokračovali vprogramu LLP – Comenius a tak jsme společně sšími 6 školami podali vúnoru žádost o nový grant! Koordinátorem nového projektu je tentokrát škola zŘecka. Tak držme palce, ať je naše žádost úspěšná! Výsledky schvalovacího řízení se dozvíme na začátku července, a pokud vše dobře dopadne, budeme vComenius pokračovat i v2012 – 2014.

In the last nine years our school gained three grants for international projects „Comenius“ (formerly Socrates) in the frame of the „Lifelong learning programme“.

The first co-operation of such a kind was called “Discovering European Identity“ and we worked on this project together with students and teachers from Belgium and Latvia. From 2004 to 2007 we participated in another Comenius project together with schools from Italy, Turkey, Latvia and Poland. The project was named “OGITES – Olympic Games In The European School“ and we all spent time together in 9 project meetings. And from 2008 to 2010 we were involved in the third Comenius project called „ESEC – EcoSport, EcoCulture and ICT“ where our partners were schools from Italy, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Finland and Portugal. The two-year cooperation in this project finished in June 2010.

Our experience with the Comenius projects was excellent therefore we decided to make a new project and try to get a grant from the European Commission. This time we decided to take over the role of a coordinator and lead the whole cooperation among partner schools from the Czech Republic, Turkey, Spain, France and Finland. Our application was successful, so from September 2010 to June 2012 our students had an opportunity to visit partner schools, see the way of teaching, learn about the culture, traditions and habits in these countries, test their knowledge of English, improve ICT skills and find new foreign friends. The teachers then could compare educational systems, exchange their experience and ideas with their colleagues from the partner countries. Two to five students and 1-3 teachers participated in each project meeting. Within the two years we fulfilled 37 mobilites. The official language of the project was English.

One-week visits to the partner schools were possible thanks to the grant of the Comenius programme which was awarded to the „Seven wonders of culture“ project. The grant for our school for this two-year-period was 17000 EUR.

Now we have already completed all 7 meetings and the project is approaching to the end. We would like to continue in the LLP – Comenius programme in the following years, so together with 6 other European schools we submitted a new application in February! The coordinating school comes from Greece this time. Let´s keep our fingers crossed for our application. The results of the application process will be announced at the beginning of July and if we are successful, we will be able to go on in the Comenius programme in the years 2012 – 2014.
